Last year as a sophomore I took the psat and got a 206
77 - reading
73 - writing
56 (!) math
I am taking a psat prep course in school but I don't think it will be sufficient to raise my math score alone. I really want to get into the 70s for math and be a national merit semifinalist, would this be possible and do you have any tips for doing this?

psat
The simple answer is you have to practice practice practice. Unfortunately there’s not really a shortcut if you really do want to get your maths score up.
