73 - writing
56 (!) math

I am taking a psat prep course in school but I don't think it will be sufficient to raise my math score alone. I really want to get into the 70s for math and be a national merit semifinalist, would this be possible and do you have any tips for doing this?

I got a 580 on Verbal, 560 on Writing, and a 580 on Math. I don't know how they weight everything, but the total is 1720

I got this vocab builder with 1850 SAT words, would that be enough?

Also, is the PSAT harder than the SAT?

I already purchased a PSAT Classroom course and a SAT Classroom Course, but i was just wondering, for all those who have taken classroom courses, what grade did you get? Did they really help you improve, in terms of grades?

I'm a sophomore in high school who is very determined to do well in the PSAT and the SAT. I just wanted to know the best books/study guides available for the PSAT and SAT preparations. Please tell me which ones are good and whether you were able to get good SAT/PSAT scores with the book.

I'm just curious to know. I have been looking through different ones and I feel that the college board study guide is the most sufficient because they create the test, but I want some analysis from past psat/sat takers and see what helped them get their highest scores.
